The location is keen for shopping, transportation and dining. Everything else was disappointing. If y'all book this hotel expecting fifty-fifty a scrap of luxury you will be disappointed. The reception/staff were unpleasant. I didn't expect a "southern hospitality"- like attitude just I did expect 4-Star attitude. The room was bland. The hotel restaurant and bar weren't inviting and at times seemed inaccessible. When you ask nearly the parking they quickly dismiss it and tell you the garage is non associated with them. Information technology shouldn't fifty-fifty be on their page. I checked when booking and didn't encounter but when we arrived the pool was closed. I would not recommend this hotel nor will I ever book hither again.
